What kind of unique venues do you manage?
We have 15 unique venues ranging between 2,000 m2 and 30,000 m2 in size and different architectural styles. Most of them are located in the city centre, around the iconic Montjuïc Magic Fountain and surrounded by many walking distance hotels.
What are the capacities and dimensions? Can you provide high resolution pictures? PDF & DWG Floorplans? Layout Examples? Virtual 360º tours? Descriptions?

Is there a brochure including all unique venues?

Are there any outdoor areas?
One of our unique venues in Montjuïc, the Plaza Univers (15.000m2) , by Pl. d’Espanya is a fully outdoors area. In addition, most of the other venues both in Fira Montjuïc and in Fira Gran Via have loading bays often customised as outdoor chill out areas. Public space outdoor areas are managed by the Town Hall.
Are F&B and AV services exclusive to the venue?
Nuclo Catering is our in-house F&B service and any external catering is subject to a 10% fee. AV can be subcontracted to external providers without any additional fee, except for the Palacio de Congresos de Barcelona . If organisers use the fixed equipment at the rooms, then the technicians must be contracted through our official provider.
Can the venues be rented partially?
All our venues are rented in exclusive use and in its totality, regardless they are underused.
What are the venue rental costs?
We work on custom made proposals mainly based on the nature of the event (trade fair, congress, corporate event, festival, shooting...) and other criteria such as the season, type of space, volume of sales or sector among others.
